This unique sculpture is carved from Redwood. Very slight waves were carved into the piece leaving the edges natural. Walnut bow ties were inlaid to add both aesthetics and stability over the crack that runs down the middle. Turquoise was also inlaid in the crack for a real pop of blue against the red of the burl.
